Since 1966, Melmark, a Pennsylvania-based human service organization, has provided residential, educational, rehabilitative and
vocational services for children and adults with
developmental disabilities, autism spectrum
disorder, acquired brain injury and other
neurological and genetic disorders, often with
related behavioral issues. In 1998, Melmark
established a program presence in Massachusetts,
expanding our services to children and young adults
in the New England region.
Melmark delivers effective research-based services, designed by recognized experts in the field and implemented by a highly qualified, professional staff. All programs emphasize the acquisition of skills that build self-esteem and foster the independence that allows individuals to become active, productive members of society. Melmark is an important community resource that any one of us could need tomorrow.
The Hubert J. P. Schoemaker Classic proceeds will support Melmark's educational, vocational, and residential programs and services.
